Dr Krzysztof Grabowski appointed to be a member of Commission Expert Group on Technical Aspects of Corporate Governance Processes (CG-TECH)

13th September 2017

We are pleased to announce that dr Krzysztof  Grabowski, member of the Academic Society of the Allerhand  Institute, was appointed to be an independent member of Commission Expert Group on Technical Aspects of Corporate Governance Processes (CG-TECH).

Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers (DG JUST) has recently established a CG-TECH expert group to assist the Commission with its work on technical aspects of corporate governance, including the use of modern information and communication technologies in corporate governance. The group is composed of 12 highly qualified members either representing various groups of stakeholders, such as investors, issuers and intermediaries or applying as independent experts. The members will operate over a two-year mandate.

This is a second appointment from among Allerhand’s affiliates to a high level European body active in the field of company law and corporate governance after Arkadiusz Radwan’s  appointment to ICLEG (Informal Company Law Expert Group) back in 2014.
