Summer School on European & Comparative Company Law at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome

Rome, July 14 – July 22, 2017

As in previous years, Allerhand's President, Arkadiusz Radwan is a visiting professor for the "Summer School on European & Comparative Company Law" held at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, where he teaches a class on Takeovers. But this year Allerhand extends its hold with Jacek Dybiński teaching a class on Insider Trading and Market Manipulation.

Sessions of the LUISS Summer School on European and Comparative Company Law, taught by leading company law scholars as well as practitioners who are partners with major Italian and European law firms, allow participants to prepare for or complement a graduate degree in business law by gaining an in-depth exposure to the theory and practice of company law in Europe and acquiring the tools for dealing with cross-border transactions involving listed companies.
